Our History

Julianne and Robert dated in High School at Massillon but parted and went separate ways to have children and build their careers. While Robert was climbing the ladder in the United States Air Force, Julianne had a successful real estate career and eventually acquired State Termite. 

They reconnected later in life and together they now manage State Termite and Pest Solutions. When not working, you will find them playing pickle ball or racquetball, riding their bikes, or traveling both within the States and abroad. Their favorite past-time is enjoying time with family and friends. 

Teresa began working with us May 2016. She is the voice you talk to on the phone when you call our office. Whether you need to schedule an appointment, pay an invoice, or buy some product, she is happy to help. She enjoys talking with customers, getting to know them and their needs, and ensuring they are satisfied with every aspect of their treatment. 

Teresa manages everything in the office from the initial appointment, paying bills, sending invoices, etc. When not at work, you will see Teresa spending time with her husband and sons, cooking/baking, working out, biking, hiking and running the stairs at McKinley Monument.

Michael is our most senior technician with over forty years of experience at State Termite and Pest Solutions. He began his employment with us back in September 1980 and has worked with us off and on since. His decisions and dedication have helped make the company the success it is today. Michael enjoys spending time with family and friends when not working. As an Air Force veteran one of his favorite activities is attending the Cleveland Air Show each year.

Matt has been with State Termite and Pest Solutions since May 2005. He is licensed and certified and strives to make every customer satisfied. Matt's customers appreciate his ability to be a great problem solver and find the best solution to deal with their pest control issues. When not at work you will find Matt working with area teenagers, practicing his guitar, 3D printing, woodworking, or spending time with his wife and daughters.

Ryan has been working with the company since July 2012. He is licensed and certified and has a positive reputation in our office for being "Mr. Picky" when out in the field because he considers every detail when choosing a treatment plan for his customers.   When not at work you will find Ryan spending time with family and friends and loving on his cat Betty.

Molly is the loving pet of our Office Manager, Teresa. She joins us in the office every day making sure she greets the customers for belly rubs. Molly is afraid of her own shadow, loves chewing bones, playing fetch, riding in her bike seat for bike rides, and going on walks.
